COVID-19 brought with it an unprecedented shift to working from home, and with it, a number of ergonomic challenges for a newly remote workforce. Companies have been faced with the daunting task of managing employee ergonomic health, safety and welfare in uncontrolled, non–designed home spaces. As millions of employees continue to work from home, it is critical that companies understand the implications of this new work style and implement innovative ergonomics solutions and programs that promote employee comfort, wellness and productivity.
This webinar will be hosted by Claire Ganley, a certified ergonomist at Humanscale. Ganley will examine emerging ergonomic challenges, share a variety of approaches that address the most common issues, and introduce, for the first time, a new tool designed to identify your employees' needs and provide tailored recommendations. Following the 45–minute presentation, there will be a 15–minute live Q&A.
